Polish Sausage Tortellini Zucchini Soup
2 zucchini (sliced)4 cans of French Onion Soup
4 cans of Water
2 cans of Italian Recipe Diced Tomatoes
1 can of Corn
1 can of Green Beans (or fresh & steamed)
1 package of polish sausage
1 bag of Tortellini (cheese stuffed)
1/2 TSP of Chilli Powder
1/2 TSP of Red Cayenne Pepper
3/4 TSP of Basil
Rinse and then slice the zucchini (I don't peal my zucchini but you can if you want to). Steam the zucchini in its own pot until softened to how you like it. Meanwhile pour the 4 cans of french union soup into a BIG POT as well as the 4 cans of water. Put the burner on low heat. Add the two cans of diced Italian recipe tomatoes! Drain and then add the one can of corn. Drain and then add the one can of green beans (or a handful of fresh steamed green beans like I sometimes will do instead). Slice the polish sausage either thin or thick (however you like it) and put all of the polish sausage in the BIG POT. Add the entire bag of unfrozen tortellini. Turn the heat up to bring to a boil. Meanwhile stir everything together and then add the chilli powder, red cayenne pepper and basil. Once it comes to a boil, turn it down really low to simmer for about 5 minutes and then turn it off and its done! =)
